M&S Textiles

Australian Aboriginal or Indigenous designs are colourful, vibrant and decorative. It is one of the longest continuing traditional arts in the world. This tradition goes back to over 50,000 years. In early days the Aboriginal people performed cave painting, rock painting, sand or ground painting, etc. At present the Aboriginal artworks are sought after items both in Australia and worldwide.
M&S Textiles Australia was established in 1995 with the objective to promote Aboriginal designs in Patchwork and Quilting industries. We started printing some beautiful designs on good quality 100% cotton fabrics. Some of the designs such as Bush Banana, Bambillah, Blue Tongue, Dancing Flowers, Bush Tucker, Bush Onion, Wild Coconut and many others. M&S Textile Australia is the pioneer of Aboriginal fabrics in Australia. Furthermore, M&S Textiles Australia has converted some of the designs to manufacture new products like curtain fabrics, table runners, bed sheets, pillow cases, cushion covers, ties, scarves, T-Shirts, Ladies and men’s wears, Umbrellas, etc.
